Join Kathy Gabriel in an invitation to explore the anatomy and biomechanics of the hip and pelvis, particularly how to support the long term health of this joint and the rest of your body. This course will breakdown anatomy and biomechanics in a fun and digestible way. Yoga as a practice prioritises a lot of deep hip opening and increased range of motion through external rotation which can sometimes lead to instability and even injury in the body. This 2hr course will help you better understand your own movement patterns and body structures to help you find more stability, ease and ultimately, support the health of your pelvis. This course will have lecture, visual presentations, demonstrations, engaging experiential exercises and movement inquiries –  created to empower you with everything you need to know about the hips and pelvis!

This is great for anyone looking to understand their own anatomy and learn to move better for their health or a yoga teacher or movement educator looking to deepen their knowledge in this area to effectively serve their clients and students.
