MONTHLY COASTAL WALK & YOGA
Join us ONCE A MONTH as we take you into one of Singapore’s favourite seaside nature reserves. Labrador Nature Reserve offers beautiful views of the island’s cliffside vegetation, housing a variety of wildlife. Away from the city center, with likeminded folks, stroll through the beautiful mangrove boardwalk trail together and finally settle with some yoga by the sea. Cultivate greater freedom and expression in your practice, feel deeper, connect to nature and to simply have a morning that feels like a real getaway.
URBAN YOGA is now open to 15 participants. In accordance with Sports SG regulations, the group will be divided into three sub-groups of 5 with the recommended guidelines for safe social distancing. Our outdoor classes have been a real life-line for many who have joined us since the phased reopening. We are delighted to be able to open the experience to a larger group.
URBAN YOGA (previously Pop Up Yoga) was set up with the idea of building a community for likeminded individuals and with the firm belief that yoga should be inclusive and accessible to everyone! For the love of health and wellness, URBAN YOGA is an approach to give people more opportunities to explore this beautiful practice. The first in Singapore, URBAN YOGA is an initiative, a movement, to allow more in the same community to meet, inspire and sustain each other in the path to leading a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Important Information:
The practice site is at Port Cullis (see the map below). The start of the trail begins at Labrador Park MRT station. Please arrive promptly at 7:30 am. We will walk together to the practice site through the mangrove boardwalk trail.
Booking Policy: Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
Cancellation Policy: During this period, as we are limited in size, no refunds or transfers will be issued to ensure that the limited spots are reserved for students who genuinely intend to attend the classes.
