PALAWAN YOGA HOLIDAY: Yoga Soul Camp
PALAWAN YOGA HOLIDAY: Yoga Soul Camp
7 – 14 MARCH 2020
This March, experience a week or a long weekend of pure relaxation and rejuvenation in Paradise at Kaibigan Soul Camp, the only resort in the bay of Cabuyao, a small fishing village in the Philippines on the west coast of Palawan Island. Here we will take care of your wellbeing.
THE YOGA RETREAT
You are invited to enjoy daily Meditation, dynamic and mindful Vinyasa Flows, body explorations and Yin Yoga with Antje as your guide. Starting and rounding off the days you will be guided through balanced asana practice which will warm, soften and open the pranic channels of the body and the mind, leaving it ripe and ready to receive the Divine fruits of your practice.
THE EXPERIENCE
Explore Palawans’ rustic island-life and its lush and stunning countryside. Take in the wonderful sounds of nature. Spend your time swimming, snorkelling, hiking to waterfalls. Or simply recharge while reading a book at the beach, all with a breathtaking view over the majestic, blue ocean. Come on a soulful journey, deepen your practice and learn more about yourself. Let us take care of you and rest assured that you will find joy, bliss and peace of mind here.
THE DESTINATION
Palawan – Paradise Island
Nothing defines Palawan more than the water around it. With seascapes the equal of any in Southeast Asia, and wildlife terrestrial and aquatic, the Philippines’ most sparsely populated region is also the most beguiling. Because of its silhouette – a long sliver stretching 650km all the way to Borneo – there’s a certain liberating logic to travel here.
Coves, beaches, lagoons, jungle trails & so much more
Palawan is the Philippines’ last frontier, an unexplored and unexploited province of wondrous scenery and idyllic tropical beauty. Tourism has yet to penetrate much of this long, sword-shaped island to the southwest and travelers who make it here will find a marvellous Jurassic landscape of coves, beaches, lagoons and razor-sharp limestone cliffs that rise from crystal-clear water.
Puerto Princesa
The capital of Palawan makes a good starting point for exploring the province. There are a few sights around, but hardly any in the city itself, which is why you can treat it as a two-night stop on the way to or from Palawan’s beaches and islands.
