SATURDAY MORNING MEDITATION [NEW CLASS]

(Alternate Saturday) URBAN MEDITATION @ Botanic Gardens is an opportunity to practice mindfulness for inner peace amidst the beauty of nature. Step out of the busyness of everyday life, learn to find more presence and connect more deeply with yourself. This class is for all levels, from beginners to those looking to refine their meditation practice.

URBAN MEDITATION is now open to 15 participants. In accordance with Sports SG regulations, the group will be divided sub-groups with the recommended guidelines for safe social distancing. Our outdoor classes have been a real life-line for many who have joined us since the phased reopening. We are delighted to be able to open the experience to a larger group.

Important Information:

Booking Policy: Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.

Cancellation Policy: During this period, as we are limited in numbers for our outdoor classes, no refunds will be issued to ensure that the limited spots are reserved for students who genuinely intend to attend the classes. If you are unable to attend a class after you have made a booking, please let us know 48 hours in advance, and we can transfer your booking to a future date. Requests to be made by e-mail.

Meeting Point:

The meeting point is in front of “BUKIT TIMAH GATE” (Botanic Gardens MRT exit A – Cluny Court Exit) at 7.50 am and together with your teacher, you will go to ECO LAKE, our practice location, together. Please arrive on time so that the class can start promptly at 8am.
